Ultra Music Festival 2017: OTB’s Top 10 Can’t Miss Sets
We are one week away from Ultra Music Festival in Miami! As usual the lineup is stacked and we all have to decide which sets to go to over others. Scheduling conflicts are the worst! Here is where you will find us throughout the weekend!
10. The Prodigy
Ultra has given some special attention to live acts this year which we love. If you have never had the opportunity to see The Prodigy this is your chance. Do not miss this set! Head to the live stage Saturday, March 25th. We would recommend getting there early for this one. The set starts at 10:45 PM.
9. Above & Beyond
Anyone in need of some Group Therapy? If you don’t have tickets to the Thursday night party with A&B and are going to Ultra you can catch them on the Main Stage at 8:50 PM on Saturday, March 25th. Bring tissues.
ASOT. Sunday, March 26th 9 PM. Not sure we really need to say anything else here. You know what to do.
7. OWSLA All Stars B2B
So, the details of this are scarce to say the least. We know based on previous experience if the OWSLA crew is around, things are gonna get a bit rowdy. What we can say is that this is probably something you shouldn’t miss. Whoever is there will hit the decks at 11:00 PM on Saturday, March 25th.
A Phase 3 lineup addition and one of our recent favorites, the Brit takes over the Spider early in the day Sunday, March 26th from 1:30-3:30 PM. Be ready to start dancing early in the day.
5. Justice Live
The French duo is debuting their new live show at Ultra. Safe to say we are pretty excited for this one! They close out the Live Stage Sunday, March 26th at 10:00 PM
4. Hot Since 82
Hot Since 82 takes over the Arcadia Spider on Friday, March 24th at 8:55 PM. If seeing HS82 once that night isn’t enough for you (it isn’t for us) you can head over to Heart Nightclub for Knee Deep in Miami (which will go deep, deep into the morning). Tickets are still available.
3. Maceo Plex
Maceo Plex blew us away with his set last year and we don’t expect to feel any differently this year. He closes out the Arcadia Spider on Friday, March 24th at 10:55 PM.
2. Carl Cox & Friends
OH YES! OH YES! OH YES!
As always the one and only Carl Cox is back! With an incredible lineup featuring Joseph Capriati, Tale of Us, Eli & Fur, Black Coffee, The Martinez Brothers and more. We plan on spending a lot of time here Friday, March 24th and Saturday March 25th.
1. SASHA & John Digweed
This very well might be the most talked about set post-Ultra. The two haven’t played together in the U.S. since 2010. Head to the Megastructure at 8 PM on Saturday, March 25th for one of the most anticipated sets of the festival.
